This is Childhood: FOUR

ThisIsChildhood2-1

For me, the ages of four and five are two of my favorites. Today in our series This is Childhood, Galit Breen of These Little Waves introduces us to her view of the age of four, to the push and pull of independence and neediness, to the last remaining days of being to pick your child up and hold him in your arms before he gets big and gangly and unwieldy. I love four.

This is FOUR.

Also, today I am the featured contributor at a cool new site, 3 Things for Mom. Editor Lauren Warner has crafted a “bite-sized” blog for moms to enjoy over their morning coffee: each day, a different writer offers a brief truth, a tip, and a find for moms. I’m really enjoying the posts and I think you will too. Please stop by and check out my contribution after you read Galit’s post above!
