A Thirty-One Giveaway to Empower Women and Girls
If you are a mom in suburbia, you probably already know about Thirty-One Gifts. I am a fan and owner of several of the Large Utility Totes, which save my life on long car trips — they can hold essentials I want to keep close and take out of the car quickly — and in the laundry room. I also use the small thermal lunch totes as teacher gifts and I have a Cinch Sac for each of my children. The cinch sacs are also great for car trips — just big enough for each boy to take a small collection of toys and books — or as sleepover bags.
My very first blog sponsor is a local friend and Thirty-One Gifts independent director, Carolyn Petagno. If you’re not as familiar with the company as I am, Thirty-One Gifts is one of the fastest growing direct sales companies, offering stylish and affordable purses, totes and accessories to organize all aspects of life. Most items can be personalized, making them truly unique.
Carolyn offers fundraising opportunities and donates a portion of her commission to sports teams, schools, and other causes that touch her heart. Since its launch in February 2012, the Thirty-One Gives Foundation has raised more than $200,000 through its U R U Collection. Every item in the U R U Collection is personalized with an inspiring message — “U R Strong, U R Bold, U R True, U R U” — to emphasize its mission of raising self esteem among women and girls. To further that cause, Thirty-One donates 31 cents from the sale of these items to charities championing women and girls such as Girl Talk, Inc. Rounding up the change on all orders also supports the foundation and mission, continuing Thirty-One’s commitment to empowering women, strengthening families, and changing lives.
As a special gift to readers of my blog, Carolyn is going to give away a Thermal Tote from the U R U Collection (in the pink brushstroke fabric) that supports the empowerment of women and girls. Carolyn says, “As a mom of a daughter (like you), that mission is very important to me, and the purchase of that print supports our goals to raise self esteem.” The thermal tote makes a great lunch tote, and it can also be used to keep baby bottles cold using an ice pack.
In addition, Carolyn is advertising a March special on her products: With every $31 you spend in March, you can get one of Thirty-One’s seven fabulous totes for 50% off. Options include The Cindy Tote, Easy Breezy Tote, Retro Metro Tote, Retro Metro Weekender, reversible Inside-Out Bag, Lil’ Expressions Tote, and the Cinch Sac I mentioned above.
You can take advantage of this special on Carolyn’s website at www.mythirtyone.com/carolyn31Gifts or just click on her ad located in my sidebar.
See the Rafflecopter widget below for details on how to enter the giveaway for the Thermal Tote, and please “like” Carolyn’s page on Facebook. A winner will be chosen on March 29, 2013 from all valid entries. This tote would be a great for a little girl’s lunch bag too!
